Le célibat à 20 ans

Je suis célibataire.
A 20 ans, rien d'anormal me direz vous.
Je ne me contente pas de pleurer sur mon sort comme pourrait le penser certains. Je raconte juste ici mes impressions, mes doutes, mes moments de faiblesse et mes moments d'optimisme également. Je me motive, je me démotive.
Je vous raconte ce manque. Cette envie de serrer une femme dans mes bras. Cette envie d'aimer et d'être aimé. A 20 ans oui.
Mais ne vous y méprenez pas : je ne suis pas à la quête du grand amour. Pas encore. C'est trop tôt. Je suis conscient qu'il me faudra plusieurs tentatives avant de trouver ma perle.
Je ne désespère pas de la trouver : Je suis pessimiste, certes, mais je sais que je trouverais. Tout le monde trouve.
Seulement, l'expérience me manque. Les doutes m'handicapent. La timidité aussi.
J'ai l'impression de manquer d'opportunités. Et lorsque j'en ai, je me loupe complètement. Je ne sais pas draguer. Je ne sais pas me mettre en valeur.
Les expériences me manquent. Mes anciennes histoires n'ont pas durées. Manque d'amour. Elles auront eu le mérite de me rassurer un peu.
Et puis l'attente. L'envie de trouver une copine. Comme les mecs de 20 ans que je vois autour de moi. Parmi mes proches, les couples durent de plus en plus, c’est du sérieux. Cela fait déjà trop longtemps que j’attends une véritable histoire. Pourquoi eux y arrivent ils et pas moi ?
Trop sensible, trop émotif, trop romantique. Je tombe amoureux à chaque station de RER. J'ai sans cesse des regrets. Des peurs aussi. Peur de ne pas être à la hauteur, peur de ne pas savoir quoi faire, quoi dire, quoi penser.
J'idéalise la femme. Elles me terrifient autant qu'elles m'attirent.
Les jolies filles me semblent inaccessibles. Pour moi il est évident qu'elles préfèrent la belle et grande gueule de service au mec pas sûr de lui. Tant pis pour moi.
Je crois connaître mes qualités, je suis certain de mes défauts.
Je ne m’aime pas mais parfois il m’arrive de l’oublier. Des élans de confiance qui me permettent de respirer mais qui retombent aussi vite qu’ils sont apparus. Je suis compliqué. Je suis destructuré. J'ai peur d'être différent.
Je me demande comment j’arriverais à intéresser une femme.
Je me demande si je vais attendre encore longtemps.
Je me demande si j’arriverais à être heureux tout en étant célibataire. Comme avant.


De toute façon, tout le monde trouve. Tout le monde.

    Je crois que la première chose à faire c'est d'apprendre à s'aimer soi même, à s'accepter tel que tu es. Ensuite le reste viendra tout seul ...

    Les gens bien dans leur peau dégagent quelque chose de positif qui favorise les rencontres.

    Parfois il faux dire stop ! stop à la gamberge, à l'auto-analyse, à l'auto-dépressiation, arrêter de trop penser et agir sans trop réfléchir.

    Et là les bonnes surprises arrivent, se que tu creignais se dégonfle comme un ballon de baudruche et tu commences à prendre confiance en toi.

    Allez courage, ca ne se fera pas en 1 jour mais chaque petites victoires est un pas vers la réussite.

    1 er épreuve : la première jeune fille que tu trouves séduisante, demande lui l'heure ou la façons d'aller à un endroit en metro. Juste ça ! arrête de penser et fonce vers elle pour lui demander un renseignement. Ensuite tu la remercies et tu t'en vas. T'as 24 h pour réussir.

    La réalité du célibat : des déboires du quotidien au espoir du lendemain

    Il est vrai qu'être célibataire, donne lieu à des situations délicates (manger seul le soir, aller au boulot, revenir à la maison, regarder sa television seul, aller faire les courses seul....la famille qui rabache sans cesse " Vivement que le petit se trouve une copine..." ou « la petite, elle nous le présente quand son amoureux ? ». Tous les déboires du célibat sont amplifiés par l'entourage sans qui se rendent compte de la souffrance des personnes. C’est vrai que de nos jours les personnes critiquent ou jugent les autres sans spécialement comprendre pourquoi ils sont comme ça.

    En plus quand les meilleurs potes ont des copines, Les potes ne sortent plus et toi tu ne sors pas non plus, sacré cercle vicieux. Et la boucle est bouclée.

    Le célibat n’est pas facile à vivre, j’en suis convaincu mais au delà de ces travers, le célibataire ne doit pas se dévaloriser. Ce n’est pas parce que quelqu’un est seul, qu’il n’est pas bien. On peut faire ce que l’on veut on n’a pas de compte à rendre à quelqu’un.


    Aussi les célibataires ont beaucoup de courage, car la plupart d'entre eux ont une vision de la vie saine. Si ils avaient une copine, ils feraient tout pour la rendre heureuse. Ils se plieraient en quatre pour elle.
    Mais ce qui est vrai quand un célibataire rencontre quelqu’un, il faut qu’il ne tombe pas dans la relation copain/copine avec la personne sinon la relation amoureuse qu’il aurait espérer n’aura pas lieu. Les célibataires sont des sentimentaux, trop montrer des sentiments à quelqu’un peut certainement la faire fuir.

    Aussi j'ai pu voir que la majorité des célibataires n'avaient pas confiance en eux. Ils ont l'habitude de se dévalorisé, de se sous estimer. Mais en fait ils n'ont rien de moins que les autres, ou rien de plus.

    Le célibat et la confiance en soi

    « C’est pas en restant à la maison que tu trouveras une copine », beaucoup de célibataires ont du entendre cette superbe réflexion. Le célibat c’est aussi une relation intime avec la confiance en soi. En voyant certains posts, beaucoup de personnes sont célibataires parce qu’ils sont timides, qu’ils n’ont pas confiance en eux, qu’ils ne s’aiment pas tel qu’ils sont….
    De plus j'en entends certains dire que le physique joue beaucoup, peut être dans la confiance en soi, s'accepter prend du temps. Mais tout le monde y arrive grâce aux expériences de la vie ont devient de plus en plus fort, moins réservé, moins timide. La confiance en soi s’acquiert avec les aléas de la vie.
    Par exemple, j’ai connu une période trouble ou on se moquait de moi, on me traitait de tous les noms, je n’avais pas confiance en moi, je ne m’habillais pas très bien, j’étais introverti. Et je prenais tout mal, parce que j’étais quelqu’un de trop sympa et entier, je ne disais jamais rien aux autres car j’avais peur de leur faire du mal malgré qu’ils m’en fassent. Mais cette période est révolue, j’ai dit stop, j’ai pris mon courage à deux mains, j’ai surpassé ma timidité et mon manque de confiance en moi grâce à des stages de théâtre et beaucoup de volonté parce que je me suis donné des objectifs dans la vie et construire des projets. D’années en années je me suis accepté tel que j’étais, et les autres l’ont ressenti. Si j’y suis arrivé, tout le monde peut le faire, je ne suis pas plus intelligent que les autres, j’ai tout simplement voulu vivre.


    Personnellement après avoir vu certaines photos des personnes du forum, je comprends toujours pas pourquoi il y a tant de sous estime de soi.

    Dans le même cas de figure, il faudrait que les personnes pensent plus aux autres. Premièrement ça permet de relativiser certaines situations, qui sont après réflexion parfaitement obsolète.


    Le célibat se joue du physique

    Je connais des personnes que je ne trouve pas spécialement attirantes physiquement mais l’avantage, c’est qu’elles ont confiance en elle et ainsi elles vont plus voir, elles sortent beaucoup….
    Au exemple, on dit que personne n’est parfait ce qui est vrai. Mais le charme, l’aura qui se dégage d’une personne, passe au dé la du physique. Une personne peut se sous estimer mais ça lui fait son charme.

    Ce petit mot du soir était simplement un message espoir pour des coeurs à prendre. Bien entendu ce post est ma vision du célibat. Une vision qui ne se veut pas négative, simplement j’ai juste envie que les célibataires ne souffrent pas de leur célibat, si ils en sont contraint

    Les gars et les filles vous étés tous beaux et vous n'avez rien de plus ou de moins que les autres. Et en plus les célibataires ont certainement d’énormes qualités, que d’autres personnes comme la sensibilité.

    On a tous, un moment, douté de nous, perdu confiance après une rupture... "J'vais rencontrer quelqu'un d'autre... mais quand ????"

    Pour pallier à la déprime, j'ai monter mes collègues, "Le Céliba Club" !

    Le but du club est de se présenter avec humour, à la différence des site de rencontre où l'on est qu'une fiche parmi tant d'autres...

    Je ne suis pas pour les rencontres sur le net mais je bosse chez moi et ne vois pas grand monde...

    Mouais ça ressemble plus à l'eternelle rêgle du bon copain : recevoir à longueur de journée des remarques du genre "t'es le genre de copain qu'il me faudrait", "J'aimerai rencontrer quelqu'un comme toi..." et tout et tout, et finalement, elles finissent quand même par prendre quelqu'un qui n'es tpas du tout ce qu'elles semblaient souhaiter.
    Bon, remarque, je suis un peu caricatural et de mauvaise foi, les hommes sont pareilles à vouloir chercher LA femme pour finalement prendre celle qui a de gros seins (bon ok, j'éxagère encore ^_^ ).

    Tout ça pour dire que j'ai aussi l'habitude de ce genre de commentaires et de compliments et qu'au final, ça ne genre rien au résultat !

    On est sûrement inquiet, déçu, vigilant.

    On n'a pas eu de bol ou on a loupé des virages, (ou les deux !) Mais on n'est pas battu !

    TU n'es pas battu. L'avenir t'appartient... Fonce !

    D'accord avec Devil_dave, en revanche, les "conseilleuses" ne sont pas les "payeuses" !

    (je me rends compte en le faisant, qu'elle est assez horrible et méprisante ma manière d'écrire cette phrase !)

    Je crois qu'il est un certain danger à vivre dans l'illusoire. On peut finir par se composer, dans son imaginaire, l'image d'un personnage un peu dans la "toute puissance".

    On peut se dire qu'on "pourrait" être un homme idéal, qu'on "pourrait" séduire toutes les filles rien qu'en existant. Ne pas comprendre ce qu'il se passe, et pourquoi les autres se trompent et ne nous accordent pas l'attention qu'on mérite.

    Et finir par y croire : en se bardant d'illusions.

    Et du coup...

    Plus dure sera la chute...

    Juste pour être franc et me faire un peu comprendre pourquoi greg m'appelle pas malgré ses yeux de merlan frit et pourquoi jonathan me drague par téléphone et ne décroche aucune attention quand on est ensemble.
    Et pour la fille qui les aime bien ces mecs là, les timides gentils et drôle, mais qui n'a pas autant de confiance en elle que ce qu'elle laisse voir, elle fait comment pour leur dire qu'elle craque quand leur regard fuit, quand ils rougissent parce qu'elle rigole de leurs blagues et qu'ils ont des étoiles dans les yeux quand ils croient qu'elle ne les voit pas?

    Oui mais cette "tactique, technique (ou meme chose naturelle) est certes peu valorisante au départ, mais des amies a moi (trentenaire) m'ont dit que quand les filles se prennent deux bonnes claques et qu'elle savent plus quoi faire, c là que "nous entrons en scène" et c'est a ce moment qu'elles se rendent compte que c qq'un qui s'interresse a elle pour elle et non pour les a cotés
    C'est sur qu'a 20 ans c'est pas cool mais apres c mieux parait il (et je vais pas changer a cause des filles quand meme je suis gentil et je le resterai ^^)

  • Tout simplement pr dire que ton texte ma fait ressentir la meme chose qu'a toi, merci d'avoir fait ce texte qui laisse à reflechir et merci aussi pour ces magnifiques commentaires, tel que celui d'ana.

    Cenpendant, si je me retrouve en partie dans ton texte, ma situation est encore plus angoisante.
    Comment ne pas desesperer quand a 19ans, a cause d'une personnalité inhibée, on n'a jamais eu la chance d'etre aimer concretement par une fille, de n'avoir jamais connu la douceur d'un baiser...

    Le fait de pouvoir vivre cela une fois m'aurait laisser un peu de dignité, mais il en est autrement...
    Comment garder espoir face a une situation, un cercle vicieu qui vous enfonce un peu plus chaque jour car a mesure que le temps passe cela vous fait prendre conscience de la gravité de la situation.

    Cette situation je m'imagine souvent qu'elle est du a ma personne, que si je suis celibataire c'est que je suis ininteressant, timide et maladroit.

    Pourtant des regard et des opportunités se sont deja presentées, mais je n'ose les regarder en face, du coup les filles qui semblent me porter interet m'oublit, plus le gens me connaisent, moins j'ai l'impression qu'il m'aprecie.

    J'essai de garder un etat d'esprit positif, mais je ressent comme un decalage par rapport aux autres, du fait de n'avoir jamais connu l'amour.. et se decalage me semble tellement difficile a ratrapper, impossible a combler, j'ai l'impression d'attendre le temps passer sans passer par la case bonheur.

    Alors je vous le demande, dans une telle situation comment garder espoir, sortir allé vers les gens?, surpasser sa timidité? plus facile a dire qu'a faire quand on a un tel heritage...

    j'aime beaucoup ta façon d'expliquer ce que tu ressens. Moi-même seule depuis quelques années maintenant, je comprends tout à fait ton état d'esprit ...

    un garçon qui écrit aussi bien et qui semble avoir une vraie sensibilité ne pourra pas rester éternellement seul crois-moi ! ;) de nombreuses filles recherchent un garçon comme toi, et non pas la "belle et grande gueule de service". expérience parlante, ce genre d'énergumènes me saoulent vite.
